We take pride in offering fresh, homemade products prepared with love and care. Each item is made in small batches to ensure authentic taste and quality. Since our products are perishable, we request you to read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
1. No Returns or Exchanges
As our items include homemade pickles, sweets, snacks, spices, and powders, they are perishable and made to order. Hence, we do not accept returns or exchanges once the product is delivered.
We recommend checking your order details carefully before confirming your purchase.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are applicable only under the following conditions:
- You received the wrong product.
- The product was damaged or spoiled upon delivery.
- The package was tampered with or opened before reaching you.
If any of the above occurs, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- A clear photo or video of the received product and packaging
- Your order number and contact details
We will review your request and process the refund or replacement (as applicable) after verification.
3. Refund Process
Once your refund is approved:
- The refund will be initiated to your original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, or wallet).
- It may take 5–7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Cancellation Policy
- Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them if preparation has not started.
- Once the product is prepared or shipped, cancellations will not be accepted.
- To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately through phone or WhatsApp.
5. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds or replacements will not be provided in the following cases:
- Change of mind after order confirmation
- Incorrect delivery address provided by the customer
- Delay in delivery caused by courier partners or external factors (like weather or strikes)
- Opened, used, or partially consumed products
